Elder Care
We cannot forget about our community members as they age. Even individuals that were healthy and financially successful for decades of their life may fall on hard times as they age. Growing old can lead to loss of health and income, and our community members need support during these times.

The loss of health and income may mean that elderly community members could become unable to provide the basic necessities of life for themselves. From food and clothes, to shelter and medication, the community must step in to provide for elders in need.
The Organization will facilitate food and clothing drives for the poor and the elderly in the community. We will also work with local providers of assisted living, home care, or other living arrangements to ensure that the needs of beneficiaries are properly met.

In an increasingly technologically dependent world, seniors may become disconnected from the community due to their inability to properly use technology. The Organization will provide technology training to the elderly, including how to use computers and mobile devices for their daily needs. We will also assist seniors in optimizing the accessibility settings on their personal devices to ensure that they can use them properly.
